So now youtube are regionalizing and filtering video availability in the UK.
Why does censorship in this form exist?
*Is this because they know what my interests are, based on my geographical location and therefore this video should not interest me ?
*Does this video contain a cultural reference that might offend someone from the UK but not in the U.S. [...]
